The bottom of the NRL ladder takes on the top, as the Manly Sea Eagles and Penrith Panthers go head-to-head at Brookvale Oval. 

The Sea Eagles are desperate for the return of Tom Trbojevic but the star fullback is at least another week away as he recovers from a hamstring injury.

Meanwhile, the Panthers will be boosted by the return of halfback Nathan Cleary after he sat out last week from a head-high he copped in round two.
