A man and woman were arrested in Belconnen on Friday night over the alleged theft of a Tesla from the inner North last week. The pair are alleged to have been involved in stealing the car from a Braddon apartment complex on the morning of October 22. The 25-year-old Holt man and 21-year-old Fisher woman were apprehended after police responded to reports of a disturbance at a Belconnen residence.
