Canberra housing values reached a new high over October, Corelogic’s monthly home value index report has showed. Overall values rose by 1 per cent over the month to reach a median of $656,739. House growth outpaced unit growth, up 1.1 per cent and 0.7 per cent respectively. As well, Canberra has posted the highest year-on-year growth of the capital cities at 6.8 per cent.
