Prince William contracted COVID-19 in April and became so ill he had difficulty breathing, but kept the illness secret, according to reports.
The 38-year-old heir to the throne was struck down by the disease days after his father, Prince Charles, tested positive on March 30, The Sun newspaper said in a report to be published in Britain on Monday.
