Outer pockets of Western Sydney are on the brink of becoming the city’s newest millionaires’ rows due to an unexpected spike in demand from buyers during the pandemic.
Prices in suburbs such as Glenbrook, Berala and Cecil Hills currently have median prices above $960,000 and are tipped to soon hit $1 million if recent growth continues.
