A quick, intense storm rushed through Canberra at 4.20pm on Monday, but the Bureau of Meterology has warned there could be another one the way. Meteorologist Dr Alex Mijchrowski said there was another storm system north-west of the ACT which the Bureau of Meteorology is keeping an eye on. EVO Energy reported a number of power outages across Canberra after the initial storm, which brought wind gusts with it of up to 90km/h. Canberrans took to social media to share photos and videos of the storm and its aftermath.
