Clarke, who played Daenerys Targaryen in the hit HBO TV series, put her swish LA pad in the hip suburb of Venice on the market for almost $6.52 million ($US5 million) in August which was also in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.

She bought the two-bedroom, three-bathroom home, within a gated-residence, in 2016 for $6.3 million, according to the New York Post.
The house has a seamless indoor-outdoor living area that opens up to an interior courtyard with a 9-metre pool. There are also 4.5 metre ceilings.The upper floor contains the main bedroom, a dressing room and an ensuite bathroom as well as a second bedroom.
The residence sits inside manicured grounds that includes 80-year-old olive trees among other local flora.It took close to four months for Clarke to off-load her property.However, when she closed the deal, just a few days after Christmas, she had settled for $5.72 million, some $300,000 less than she paid for it four years ago.
The 34-year-old will soon be ‘on-screen’ again when the animated fantasy The Amazing Maurice screens in 2022.The film, based on the 2001 book The Amazing Maurice and His Educated Rodents by Terry Pratchett, is about a streetwise cat.Clarke will voice the character of Malicia while Hugh Laurie will voice Maurice.
