Travel between Canberra and Victoria will once again be allowed, as travel restrictions are set to be removed later tonight. It comes as Victoria lifted its five-day circuit-breaker lockdown. The state was forced to shutdown after a COVID-19 cluster formed from the Holiday Inn quarantine hotel. In response, the ACT imposed travel restrictions during the five-day lockdown. It meant anybody who had been in Victoria and had travelled to the territory was forced to quarantine for the five days. Those restrictions will be removed from 11.59pm tonight. But those who have been to identified exposure sites and are in the ACT will still be required to quarantine. These restrictions are:
