He underwent mandatory testing at Liverpool Hospital on the day of the incident before being taken to Liverpool police station and charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, drive manner dangerous, and negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
His driver’s licence was also suspended.

The Leppington man was placed into custody by police and faced Parramatta Local Court on January 8, where police alleged he was under the influence of morphine, heroin and cannabis at the time of the incident.
On Friday detectives charged the man, who remains in custody, with two more offences following the boy’s death, including dangerous driving occasioning death.
