ACT’s Emergency Services Agency is attending a hazmat incident at Ainslie Village, Campbell, following a fire in the early hours of Wednesday morning. Emergency services were called to a fire at one of the units in the complex about 3am, and the fire was extinguished about 3.40am. Residents from one wing of Ainslie Village were evacuated due to smoke. Residents have not returned to their units. ACT Policing will investigate the fire. More to come.
