The weather bureau of the Philippines, PAGASA, said landslides could be expected during the prolonged rainfall brought by Typhoon Vamco on November 11-12. This video shows a coastal road blocked by a landslide in Marinawa, which is in the eastern Catanduanes province. Further landslides were reported elsewhere. PAGASA had warned of “destructive typhoon-force winds” and “heavy to intense” rainfall in the areas most affected by the storm. Sustained winds of up to 125 km/h and gusts of up to 155 km/h were recorded. Credit: Sahad Andal Jr. via Storyful
