Queensland’s hopes of an Adelaide Oval Origin upset have been dealt a blow with James Tedesco cleared to take his place in the NSW No.1 jersey.
Tedesco and his left knee survived a long field session on the Central Coast on Saturday.
The 27-year-old had his knee heavily strapped and wore a yellow non-contact bib for most of the hitout, but said afterwards he would take his place.
“I’m good to go,” Tedesco said. “I had to get through that session, I did most of it, the contact, all the team stuff, I got a few knocks on it, which was good.”
