Yesterday, nearly 120 of the state’s brightest students received first-in-course awards for topping one or more subjects this year.
The 126 awards went to 118 students.
We spoke to the first student to top both chemistry and physics in 17 years, Sariena Ye, who described receiving both awards as “a bit surreal”.
