Police are seeking public assistance to find a Canberra man who has been missing for five years. Robert Hal Jacob was last seen on November 12, 2015 at the Civic Bus Interchange. His daughter reported him missing on December 3 when she hadn’t heard from him for three weeks. Police say his lack of contact is considered out of character and that he had medial issues at the time of his disapperance. He has not contacted his family since he disappeared. Police are urging anyone with information, no matter how small the information may seem, to come forward. It may be the missing piece needed to locate Robert. Robert is described as being of slim build, Caucasian in appearance, 179cm (5’8″) in height, thin build, short greying dark brown hair, and brown eyes. His left thumb has limited mobility. He has a tattoo on his left forearm graphic of barbed wire, Ned Kelly, Mum and Dad. On his left arm and shoulder is tattooed Bianca, and Briony and on his right shoulder is the tattoos of Adam and Lauren.
