Police are searching for a missing woman who was last seen leaving Canberra Hospital on Sunday morning. Vanessa Stuart, 23, was last seen about 8.40am leaving the hospital in Garran and was spotted heading towards Hindmarsh Drive. ACT police have described Vanessa as Caucasian and about 165 centimetres tall with a medium build and black hair. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, green trousers and had heavy eye make-up and lipstick on. Police have said Vanessa has no known friends or family in the ACT and does not have a known address in Canberra. An ACT police spokesman said police hold concerns for Vanessa’s welfare and have called on the public in helping to find her. Anyone who has seen Vanessa or has information about her whereabouts is urged to contact ACT police on 131 444, using reference number 6729218.
