The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have observed a moment of reflection in Westminster Abbey on the anniversary of the United Kingdom’s first national lockdown.

The royal couple toured a London vaccination centre and thanked staff for their work.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson also spoke on the anniversary praising the “great spirit” demonstrated by the public over the last 12 months.
