International bodybuilding champions Andrea and Rod Sylvia have listed their “magical” Mildura home.
The Sylvias settled in the regional city after a stint in the US, during which they enjoyed incredible sports careers in the 1990s and became friends with world-famous body builders Arnold Schwarzenegger and The Incredible Hulk star Lou Ferrigno.
Ms Sylvia was crowned Miss Universe Physique in 1994, while her husband broke the world record for bench pressing 256kg in 1993.

The couple’s iron-pumping past also included worked alongside celebrities George Clooney and Uma Thurman.
They’re now selling their Zen dream home at 784 Ontario Avenue, with $990,000-$1.098m price hopes, to move closer to family in Queensland.
Ms Sylvia said she and her husband drew on inspiration from a Bali holiday to create the house, named Soulscape, in 2016.
An outdoor ensuite with a luxe freestanding bathtub was one of her favourite features.
“I love to lie in the tub infused with my favourite oils at night, when the house is quiet, and gaze up into the brilliant night sky,” Ms Sylvia said.
“During the design stage, I would go there at night, relax in a deck chair and gaze up into the sky to find the best aspect with the most brilliant arrangement of stars to determine the position of the outdoor bathroom.”
In line with Feng Shui principles, restorative quartz crystals were laid beneath the house’s slab and a 4m-long dragon was drawn under the kitchen floorboards to protect residents.
“I put so much of my soul into this place and it really is magical,” Ms Sylvia said.
“People often comment on the energy of the home when they arrive and we’ve even heard that from some possible buyers, which is nice.”
Ray White Mildura director Damian Portaro said the home reflected the “genuinely beautiful nature” of the couple.
“From high ceilings, to the crystals and views of the 18m lap pool from every room, everything has been done to fill the home with amazing energy,” Mr Portaro said.
“The amount of light you get is also amazing. It’s a quality of home you don’t often see in Mildura.
“We’ve had several groups go through — and one interested party is already doing their homework.”
He said houses in the city that weren’t on the Murray River, like Soulscape, had to be “pretty special” to be priced in the vicinity of $1m.
The property’s expressions of interest campaign is due to close on December 22.
