Tickets to see Skywhale and Skywhalepapa sold out on Friday morning in less than 15 minutes. Tickets for Skywhales: Every heart sings on February 6 went on sale at 10am and by 10.15am, the National Gallery of Australia website stated the first release had sold out. The second release tickets will be available from 10am on Wednesday. The event will be the maiden voyage for Skywhalepapa, the companion to the skyborne beast Skywhale, which was commissioned by the National Gallery of Australia in 2019.
