Outer pockets of Western Sydney are on the brink of becoming the city’s ­newest millionaires’ rows due to an unexpected spike in ­demand from buyers during the pandemic.

Prices in suburbs such as Glenbrook, Berala and Cecil Hills currently have median prices above $960,000 and are tipped to soon hit $1 million if recent growth continues.
